In order to further enhance the professional skills level of skilled employees and improve their skill application capabilities, Ningbo Dake Bearing Co., Ltd. held a one-month professional skills improvement training for fitters at the Pupu factory from July 8 to August 8. 20 employees participated in the training.

During the one-month training, the teacher formulated a detailed training plan, which mainly included the professional foundation of fitter and practical skills of fitter, focusing on teaching and practicing operational skills such as scribing, sawing, and drilling.
The trainees took the initiative to consolidate their theoretical foundation. They said that this training opportunity is rare and they feel very lucky to be able to study systematically after work. They will cherish the opportunity, make good use of this training, and strive to improve.
Practical training on fitter work is held in the equipment room.
