Recently, Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology announced the list of "2022 Ningbo Enterprise Management Innovation Improvement Benchmark, Five-Star and Four-Star Enterprises". Ltd. was successfully recognized as "Ningbo Enterprise Management Innovation Improvement Five-star Enterprise" after the procedures of enterprise self-assessment, local preliminary assessment and municipal re-assessment.

Organised by the Ningbo Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, the Ningbo Enterprise Management Innovation and Enhancement Star Rating Initiative aims to encourage enterprises to benchmark themselves against the best, implement modern management methods across the board, and realise the transformation of their modern management concepts, management capabilities and digitalisation levels.
The star rating of enterprise management focuses on 11 categories, including strategic management, organisational management, innovation management, digital management, standardisation management, quality management, brand management, supply chain management, cultural construction, risk management and lean production. Through the expert diagnosis and acceptance of this star rating, it provided guidance and help to improve the management system of Daktronics Bearing and enhance the level of digital management.
